Brian wishes to share his photographs between his two tablet devices. This is achievable using cloud storage. We configured Brian's Android tablet to make use of free cloud storage via Google Drive but ran into some hurdles with the iPad. Brian's AppleID account had been locked, rendering him unable to install apps (like Google Drive). Brian hadn't written down his AppleID password, so we showed him how to reset it. Unfortunately, Brian hadn't written down the password for the email account he had registered to his AppleID. Next week, Brian will return with some more information and we will help him reset his email password, so that he can reset his AppleID password, so that he can once again install apps onto his iPad.
